The Regency collection retains the classic Bliss heritage and styling but by mixing them with a little contemporary flair makes the collection more distinctive than ever before.
The collection comprises of the Regency Dressage, Regency Jump and Regency Eventer each model having a character of its own, but all sharing the same powerful presence and unmistakable hallmark features.
Each Regency saddle is crafted from our unique Heritage leather with a complementary selection of the finest hides for seats, pads and cantle inset of your choice.
The design brief for the Regency collection was to achieve the elegance and sophistication of English riding but in a collection of saddles that are designed for all profiles of horses to achieve that perfect fit. This is a design philosophy that is so inextricably linked to the reputation of the Bliss brand.
REGENCY DRESSAGE
“Enhanced lateral thinking”
A modern design to this classically styled dressage saddle that certainly imposes a distinctive edge. The ‘Celtic Curve’ design that is evident on the skirt and flap sits beautifully and elegantly in line with the other unique design features, even down to the stirrup keeper inset to compliment the choice of rear cantle design.
Rider comfort is focused on a unique straining of the tree and seat to create that blissful balance point, and allows for a more comfortable twist whatever the width of your horse. Every element of the Regency Dressage saddle has been thought through and carefully considered with the rider and horse in mind.
The contoured cupped knee pad that is unique to Bliss ensures that the best and most supportive leg position is achieved and also allows the flap to fall effortlessly beneath the leg giving an enhanced close contact feel.
The adjustable V-girthing system allows for fitting horses with differing girth lines and reduces any unnecessary movement.
From our knowledge and experience our saddles are designed to fit horses and riders of totally differing and irregular profiles effectively.
By using a combination of the English cut panel with gussets and an extensive range of traditional wooden spring saddle trees our designs will optimise the perfect fit for each horse. Each panel is flocked by hand using only 100% pure new wool for ease of adjustment whenever necessary
We offer custom adjustments to meet your own individual requirements and leg placement.
Hip to knee measurements are considered more so for the length of the flap but it is your hip and knee angle that ultimately affects the positioning of the roll to provide the most appropriate support. We have a range of different size and height rolls to compliment this.

REGENCY JUMP
“Faultless design with endless scope”
Whatever angle it is viewed from, the Regency Jump radiates character and the sort of style which appeals to all of the senses. The ‘Celtic Curve’ design that is evident on the skirt and flap sits beautifully against the flowing lines of the seat and front pad. The smallest of features also play a part in the overall look.
Square cantle in medium or shallow seat option gives you the freedom of movement that you require. The contoured cupped knee pad that is unique to Bliss ensures that the best leg position is achieved and also allows the flap to fall effortlessly beneath the leg. Built with an additional back block that gives that added security.

The sporting credentials of the Regency Eventer are evident at first glance - the powerful profile and the ‘Celtic Curve’ flap and skirt give an instant impression of strength and security. The purposeful look is made more powerful by the contoured cupped knee pad, a unique Bliss feature that ensures the best leg position is achieved and also allows the flap to fall effortlessly beneath the leg. Built with an additional back block that gives that added security and leg placement. The forward flap and extended seat design maximizes security when landing drop fences.
